808 Ink is a fast-growing artist/celebrity merchandising and branding division of LMS Printing and Promotions. We’re seeking a Sales & Support Specialist who can deliver top-tier customer service, drive sales, and help clients develop their brand to bring visions and designs to life.
Responsibilities
- Lead the entire sales cycle
- Achieve monthly sales objectives
- Qualify the customer needs
- Negotiate and contract
- Work closely with design and management teams
- Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone
Must Have
- 2+ years in sales or customer support
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated with a collaborative mindset
- Highly creative and autonomous
- Ability to work in our corporate office daily
